Williamsburg Royal Scroll was made by Lenox-Kirk Stieff for a number of years, but starting in 2007, Reed and Barton licensed the pattern from the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. Revivals of ancient Greek and Roman designs were all the rage in the early 19th century.
